Artist's Comments
I took some black-and-white photography classes and was right away fascinated with shadows. I was taking pictures all around my house and yard in that golden late-afternoon light. I took one of the shadow of a dead leaf on the patio. It was not until I had printed the photograph that I realized that the leaf had the shadow of a dragon!

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
